Manual Installation

Download the plugin from WordPress.org repository
On your WordPress admin dashboard, go to ‘Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin’
Upload the downloaded plugin file (mysterythemes-demo-importer.zip) and click ‘Install Now’
Activate ‘Mystery Themes Demo Importer’ from your Plugins page.
Use Mystery Themes Demo Importer on any themes from mysterythemes to import demo.

For several hours I have been trying to import the demo version of the theme. I can’t stay any longer, it’s desperate so I delete the theme and install another one

This company automatically bills your account for 1 year of "support and upgrades". I have never heard of auto billing for a Theme before. Very underhanded tactics

Downloaded Demo Importer plug in. When clicking through the instructions per the video, it then askes to download AF companion to get it to work. Seems like an endless rabbit hole to me. Deleting Demo importer. The theme is pretty cool though

Avoid this: Installing theme from uploaded file: mysterythemes-demo-importer.1.0.13.zip Mystery Themes Demo Importer – This plugin requires Official Mystery Themes to be activated to work. Unpacking the package… Installing the theme… The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. Theme installation failed.
