Privacy and Compliance
Noesia is built for self-hosted WordPress environments. Site owners remain responsible for permissions, backups, local compliance, and production validation.
External services
Noesia Smart Waiter includes optional dashboard, weather, news, currency, global data, AI, optional download, and licensing features that may connect to external services. The plugin does not send restaurant orders, customer records, private uploaded files, clinical files, payroll files, or private business documents to these services.

OpenAI API
Used by AI-related modules such as Project Synapse when an administrator adds their own OpenAI API key and submits a request. Data sent may include the submitted prompt/reflection text, selected scene/context, selected model setting, and relevant local knowledge-pack context. The plugin does not send WordPress passwords, payment data, uploaded media, or the site’s full database.

Noesia.io optional downloads
Used when an administrator installs or updates optional Noesia-hosted packages. The plugin downloads package files from noesia.io and stores them locally in the WordPress uploads area. Standard HTTP request metadata may be processed by the server. The plugin does not send Synapse questions, OpenAI API keys, WordPress passwords, payment data, uploaded media, or the site’s full database to noesia.io for this download.

Image Tools WebAssembly Codec Runtime Files
Noesia Smart Waiter includes local WebAssembly codec runtime files for the Image Tools module:

- modules/free/image-tools/assets/vendor/jsquash-webp/codec/enc/webp_enc.wasm
These files are required runtime assets for local browser-side AVIF and WebP image conversion. They are not development files, logs, backups, private files, or server-side executables.
Image conversion is performed locally in the user’s browser. No image files are sent to Noesia servers or to a third-party API for this conversion flow.
